			<description><![CDATA[<p>The lottery people know where every ticket is bought, because here in NJ it shows you the terminal #. Plus, on the bottom there are some lines and a long number on top, then there is a another number on the back. So, whoever wins would have to tell the lotto people this info.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>If the winner is checking his tickets as the numbers are posted, he will know that he is a winner before the lottery knows they have a winner. A responible radio program would not carry such a story before it was confirmed, however you do have some shock jocks that will say anything to get people attention. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Think about it, would the television media and the lottery officials just RUSH right out to someone&#x27;s house after 11pm on the night of the drawing to see if this person inDEED won? Or worst yet, just put this guy on the air just because he said he won? I think not. I imagine there are formalities that have to be followed that most likely stretch out for atLEAST a day before a winner is truly declared.P.S.
