For the Saturday 4-13-02 Texas Lotto, I posted on my web page that numbers 28 and 50 might be the winning numbers and 28 was the winning number buy 50 wasn't. Choosing these hot numbers does sometimes work but not always. My hot numbers for the Tuesday 4-16-02 Big Game Lottery are 14, 17, 21, and 41.
