They both allow subscriptions.. But have been suspended until May 15th so they can migrate over to the Mega Millions system.

Advance play depends on which lottery sells Powerball. MUSL does not offer subscription play. I believe only MD and VA sell Big Game subscriptions (must have an address in the corresponding state.
