In NJ, the lines are huge especially Hoboken, Jersey City, and other cities very close to NY.

The most congested place for buying tickets is Greenwich, CT, when Powerball gets huge. As for the Big Game, perhaps the NJ outlets facing Manhattan. That will change when Ohio and NY join next month.
