Any one can buy a lottery ticket of any state, you just have to buy it in that state. I live in Ohio and when I want to play the Biggame, I travel to Michigan and when I want to play the Powerball, I travel to Indiana. I don't play the California lottery because it too far to travel, beside there are plenty of lotteries near by. If you want to play, you have to play by the rules.

In this day and age everyone in the US should be able to buy a ticket in any lottery, in any state, but can't. How high tech is that? I bet if the US Gov. got into the lotto business you could and it would be the world's biggest. Here in Nevada, the biggest betting city in the US (Vegas) you can't buy a lotto ticket, but you can play anything else. THE BIG GAME is getting bigger and soon will be in Wash. state. Maybe soon it will make it's way to Cal. that's if they are smart. Jackpot's are goin... [ More ]
