			<description><![CDATA[<p>It all depends on where you claim residency. I think it&#x27;ll be too late to move once you&#x27;ve won it already. It&#x27;s just like any other income, if you pay state income tax on your regular job salary then you&#x27;re going to have to pay it on any lottery winnings from anywhere in the world (whether or not the lottery system reports to the IRS - it&#x27;s still your responsibility to report it).</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lottery winnings in most states is considered same as personalincome, so i would think that your home state will get their share...check with your local state tax people..Oh and the 28% that is taken for federal...better check that too because you probably end up paying 38.6% based on total income minus deductions.</p>]]></description>
