A good guess is you did not fill out a ticket. You got a 1.00 st and a 1.00 box. I assume you wanted a str/box which is a 1.oo ticket.

The clerk punch in the terminal what he thinks you are saying or the terminal reads a card you make out, it prints out a ticket with the price on the ticket. If the price of the ticket is not what you expeceted, then you filled the card out wrong or you failed to explain yourself to the clerk, regrardless you owe the price the ticket shows. Be sure to read and understand the instructions provided on the playing cards before you play. You will be playing by their rules, not your own. Jack

The price was correct. If it says ST/BX, $1 bet, 2 tickets, that means:1 ticket, ST, $1 + 1 ticket, ST, $1 + 1 ticket, BX, $1 + 1 ticket, BX, $1Total = $4-Todd

I live NJ, and I bought some Pick-3 and Pick-4 tickets. I thought it was going to cost me $6, but the agent said $11. So I paid, and now am wondering was I ripped off? I bought a Pick-3 with 3 ST/BX with a $1 bet, and 2 STR with a 50 cent bet, isn't it supposed to be $4? Instead, underneath it says Price: 7.00, and with my Pick-4 I choose 2 ST/BX with a $1 bet, and it says that the price was $4! I think the guy cheated my out of five bucks! Help, does anyone have a opinion of if I was or wasn't... [ More ]
