I know in NJ where I played, I was involved in an office pool $10 x 22 players. This is probably the most common event when the jackpot really takes off.One pool I was aware of was $150 x 14 players. And they are not counting their money today!!Later.. Alan

That's based on the fact that there were 5,646,904 total winners, and the odds of winning are about 1:31. Multiplying the numbers of winners by the odds (31) equals approx. 175 million tickets sold.That's a lot of tickets.-Todd
