the rock says he heard about a person who hit powerball, formed a trust, and had her trustee claim the prize money and allocate the funds. the rock says all the lotto did was investigate the persons age and social security number but the name was never revealed except for the name of the trust. the rock says the person remained annoymous. im sure it varies from state to state but im not sure.IF YA SMELLLLLLLLLELLLL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKIN

Well, you can't remain completely anonymous. It's the only way the lottery can prove to the public that they're legit. But she's getting too much publicity too early. She doesn't even have her money yet. Publicity is good sometimes, but not in this case it's not.
