			<description><![CDATA[<p>Everybody has their opinions, some people like Goldy Locks, some people love her and some people just hate her. I don&#x27;t feel that there is any system to win the lottery. It&#x27;s doesn&#x27;t make sense, then that would mean that the lottery is fixed if there is a system that can beat it. I feel that it is just by chance that her or anyone&#x27;s numbers come up. For GA, did she specifically say on this date in GA these are the #&#x27;s? I don&#x27;t think so, so then I rest my case</p>]]></description>
