			<description><![CDATA[<p>A slight difference in the longitude, and latitude, should not matter to much, neither should rounding the seconds. First let me explain this, I believe in a magnetic electrical energy that travels thru out the universe, that helps keep everything in balance, and the planets location are reflected in lottery numbers. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>GreetsI may be picking nits here.... but i checked the Gloucester, Mass longitude   latitudein my Kepler program and it differs slightly. It gave me42N36&#x27;57  070W39&#x27;45 .Again, daylight savings time is in effect.
