why would you say that. The first 3 of 4 numbers drawn is cosidered a pic 3 because it pays off on first 3 all 4 last 3 etc. could you explain what you mean? thanks.

Oh! I believe you 100% you see I was e-mailed by a Lad who asked me for the Pick 3 for Mass. So, I have been posting the numbers for him. I cannot keep track of all the states and all the request. I have lived in Mass all my life....there is NO pick 3 offered by the Mass Lottery Commission. If you don't believe me check this link http://www.masslottery.com/So how are you picking these numbers
