I am pretty sure by the end of this year that Mega Mil will reach a Billion bucks. They said that the average payout would be $80 mil. But I feel that they have shot themselves in the foot. In my opinion the average payout is going to be over $100 mil, with the jackpot reaching $500 million plus every few months. The odds are just so great now......THE ROCK WILL WIN THE $666 Million jackpot on July 2.

The record is $363 million or so. I would be happy with $364 million. The 500+ million will come by next year, with Powerball following in 2004 after they make their next upgrade.
