I honestly have no idea how a LLC works, but they(wife, lawsuits, U.S. and State Gov.) can always get their greedy hands on your money. Maybe not legally today, but a new law tomorrow can completely change the security on your current and future nest eggs.

the best way to PROTECT yourself therock nowadays are by forming a LLC. trust me i won a 34M jackpot in 94 and nobody can touch me. i dont worry about those kind of silly a$$ things. if my wife divorces me she would get about half of my $10,000 salary my LLC pays me, she wouldnt get the house because the LLC owns it. also i have accounts in the caymans, europe, and japan.

I'm happy you like my financial advice. I think it is reasonable that I receive 50% of your winning if you win....I mean, when you win. Financial advice is never free. Oh ya, and you should put me in charge of your financial estate. All that money would make you fat and lazy real quick. I think living on food stamps and working 80+ hour work weeks will be the only thing that will keep you healthy. I will let you retire when you're 90. See ya' in court
