The NY Lottery targets teenagers too! They want 18, 19, 20 year olds to play. In one commercial they had a bunch of teens talking about how fun it is to play. The NY Lottery is a joke, what the heck is Pick-10? The NJ lottery doesn't even really advertise, because they don't have to. Today on some radio show in NYC, I think it was WABC. They were discussing the Mega-Millions coming to NY. And they said that the lottery is a scam. The odds are so great! And the money doesn't really benefit education. They try to use education to show people that the lottery is good. But, no! The lottery sucks up all your money, 99.9% of all players are LOSERS
