He could do it by winning Pick-3 $500.00 at a time going from 7/11 to 7/11 collecting the winning tickets. Here's what you do, win $500.00, use that money to bet the next 20 or so draws only put $2. down straight on each number, win $1,000. and start putting $4. down on each number straight, when you get to the point where you're putting $20,000.00 down per number you will be equal to a lotto jackpot when you win, then you only have to visit 20,000 lottery retailers to collect without paying tax... We are all getting tired of this, just turn yourself in for whatever crime you committed and forget about winning the lottery in secret, that ain't gonna happen.

I have read the rules and regulations regarding lotteries. I have seen nothing that states that an entity could not be in posession of a winning ticket. These entities could include: corporations, charities, trusts, churches, etc. That leads me to this scenario: Your are in posession of a winning ticket to a huge jackpot. The media hype is thick and privacy is of the utmost concern. Lotteries are required by law to release the names of winners. However, you are not required to appear at a press
