There is no need to  Fix  the lottery.If all 135,145,920 combinations are played for one draw then someone will win the big money. Those are the facts and the odds of winning.With these odds, many will lose and a few will win big. Using my theory of 60/40 Gaussian Distribution. If 54,058,368 of the 135,145,920 possible combinations are played. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>How come a game that&#x27;s supposed to have a 1:135million chance of winning suddenly have two winners in a row at the start of the game (not even from the new member states). How interesting. Could it be that the  house  is showing the people that this game is  winnable  and that no one should be afraid to dole out their hard earned cash. Very interesting indeed.</p>]]></description>
