Mr Happy: The population of MUSL (Powerball) members is now significantly smaller than that of the Mega Millions states. When Pennsylvania joins Powerball late this month, they'll be a noticeable increase in rollovers above the 12m or 14m level. (Don't forget that the PowerPlay option for Powerball is a $2 wager without increasing the chance at the jackpot.

Finally, a lottery that climbs like the California's SuperLottoPlus. Hopefully we will get a chance soon to compare jackpot increases between California's SuperLottoPlus, Powerball, and Megamillions. I still don't get why Powerball has such a slow rate of increase. And hopefully, Powerball and the several local state semi-large jackpots will all have winners tomorrow so we can see real sales growth in the Megamillions.
