Someday: The first 18 drawings have been rollovers. Sales should pick up when Washington DC joins Hot Lotto next month. I wish Pennsylvania would drop its Super-6 Lotto and sell Hot Lotto instead, since PA is joining Powerball late this month.

Well, When my rational thoughts kick in and I think hmm... I would be happy with 2 million, I don't really need 20 plus then I usually focus on buying Hot Lotto tickets.. and leave the Powerball behind.I didn't buy any tix for last night's drawing but will probably try for this Wed's drawing. I do wonder how many people are playing for only two reasons 1) no one has won it yet (6 drawing or more since the new game kicked in) and 2) the jackpot doesn't seem to be growing very fast....
