I use GW-Basic. Years ago I wrote a lottery program for my own use in basic for a Tandy1000. As I changed computers over the years I have kept a copy of that program and the basic interpeter and complier on my newer computers and when I see an idea I like, I write an additional routine for that old program. I have a copy of LottoPro2000 and their lotteries files can be read with Notepad which makes it easy for my old program to read thier files with minor changes. Their files are updated every 2... [ More ]

Sorry to say, i only use my computer and i formulate everything myself. I even track all the combinations that i have in my system (over 18,000). I keep track history in about 10 different ways...and i am always looking for new ways to do it....some work some dont...but by doing this i have a better understanding of the numbers. I only use lottery systems for wheeling purposes, then I transfer everything over. I keep 3 categories 1991 to date, 2001 to date, and current year.

Ohio lotto 47 draws even / odd1st no. 22 252nd no. 22 253rd no. 24 234th no. 22 255th no. 22 256th no. 11 36Strange how the 6th number does not follow the pattern. Numbers 45,47 49 have come up 26 out 47 times. 1st numbers leaders are 1 2 with 7 each followed by 7 8 with 5 each. even steven. In the end you go wih what you feel comfortable with.

No Chi^2, F-test or any other fancy statistical methods for me, I just look at the facts. In Ohio649 there are more odd numbers to pick so more odd numbers are picked, but in the old BigGame 5/50+1/36 everything was even. Of 520 draws odds/evens for combinations was 1314/1286 and for bonus ball was 270/250. I personally prefer to play all the numbers.RJOh

I dont try to use an odd/even parameter by itself but when you build a history and certain numbers come up more often than others it will pretty much dictate where you will stand. In a 6/49 game based on 1180 draws 3 odd/3 even comes up 33% of the time, 4 odd/2 even comes up 25% of the time 2 odd/4even comes up 21% of the time. based on just this years draws (46) statistically the numbers are almost the same. To close to ignore.

If I could, I would like to add some more confusion to the quandary of making a zillion dollars playing MegaMillions. I have read several posts at this site where the writer has stated that odd numbers are more likely to come out than even numbers. While the raw numbers indicate that more odd numbers have been drawn (data prior to 5/17/2002) than even, the likelihood (read: statistical probability) of this occuring is somewhat unclear to me. Here are the raw data for 5 numbers (excluding Mega

I have also been studying the frequency of numbers drown, even odd, last digit, 10s, 20s,30s,qnd 40s. I have found that odds are drawn more than evens, and that from the total pot most are mid. One or two HIgh, one or two low, 3 to 4 mid. I have been graphing the results in a few different ways and being able to predict winners, just not all 5. The big ball is the big one, the most important. I feel that is the clue I am missing. I usually play 2 to five dollars and get at least what I played ba... [ More ]
