Geeze, sounds like he has gone a little overboard. I picture him winning a 6 number lottery and then renting a garbage dumpster so he can throw all his bad scratched lotto tickets into it. Are you sure he buys $200+ a week on scratch tickets? I feel bad/stupid when I spend $20 in a week on scratch tickets and not win a thing.

he scratched a winner for the same amount last Fri nite...BUT THIS WAS HIS SECOND TIME WITHIN 6 MOS TO DO IT...i have heard he spends over $200 a week tho on scratch offs)...kinda expensive i'd say. the REAL billyloco

lady luck touched down close to home yesterday.my brother was traveling through georgia for vacation and just happened to scratch off a $50,000 ticket.Imagine going to Daytona night race and picking up$33,500(after taxman).that would be a vacation to remember...i wonder if i'm still his favorite brother?
