			<description><![CDATA[<p>$5 Million seems like a low cap. Isn&#x27;t the current MI Millions jackpot around $22 Million? What happens if it gets to $5 Million and no one continues to win for like another 10 drawings? Would second place then be worth $4 Million? I guess they&#x27;d have to make the odds pretty low to almost insure a winner.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I heard the Michigan is switching their lottery after only 2 years..not even...and one of their ideas is to cap the grand prize at $5,000,000. All the extra money would then be used in the lower tier prizes. Its nice that the lower tier prizes would be bigger because that is what we mostly win, but capping it at only $5,000,000 doesn&#x27;t sound like a good idea to me.</p>]]></description>
