He wins a couple of bucks here and there, nothing big. I keep telling him that spending that much money doesn't significantly increase his odds. Lets say you spend $100 a week for 20 years on mega millions. 104,000 chances isn't much compared to 135,000,000.

But then again, I know this guy I work with that spends half his paycheck every week on the lottery. That's about $300 a week.
