			<description><![CDATA[<p>The 5/37 format with a $2 prize for a 2/5 match is correct. I don&#x27;t know what the other prizes will be. Lotto Texas has a 55% prize return. TX 5/39 pays 50%; I don&#x27;t know yet if the 5/37 will pay better. The NY Lotto (where I live) STILL returns an anemic 40%! (although Mega Millions pays the usual 50%.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>So far it&#x27;s just a rumor as I haven&#x27;t been able to find any official confirmation:I got an email from a registered Lotto Cheatah user saying that he had just received an email from the Texas Lottery advising that the Texas Cash 5 game will become a 5/37 (currently 5/39) on July 29, 2002. The game will be played 6 days/week vs the current 4 days/week AND the wins start with $2 for hitting 2/5. The rest of the payouts remain the same.I hope this is true.
