Both of his ex-wifes would probably claim that his winning QUICK PICK numbers were exactly (number by number) the numbers that his ex-wifes asked him to play for them. He just failed to deliver the tickets to them because he's a 'worthless bum'. V-Your idea about multiple trusts is really a good idea. Of these 9 mega million states, in which states you can remain anonymous if you win a jackpot. Can anybody throw somelight on this please...?thanks

if you end up winning the 500 + mega-millions (rock, where are you?) you could always go on larry king live dressed as a clown to remain anonymous (lol). people that you are closed to are going to know eventually anyway by your change in lifestyle. if i win i won't be a pig , but i'm not going to be like sam walton (wal-mart king) either. the guy was a billionaire and drove a beat up pick-em-up-truck. guess thats what floated his boat . not me, gonna wup-it-up.......... different lottery's have different disclousure agreements. let's focus on the ones that insist that they blab all the information about you across the world. you still can remain anonymous. you have your financial monkeys set up a trust in a fictiteous name. First I would not appear in any news conference. If a news conference is necessary I'd sent someone to represent me in the News Conference and he or she can accept for me the big fake check they hand out at these conferences. I would not want anyone to recognize me by my appearances. Then I can always claim that it was another guy by the name of David that won and not me, hehehe. :-)) I know...its sneaky.:-) But I think it is a good way to stay safe as possible. :-)Take care,David

By law in most states your name and city are released as public information if you win the lottery. The lottery groupies aways find a way to track you down. But if they didn't have your name you might be safer. What other ways is there to keep your name quiet

Keeping it quiet

WHEN I win a large jackpot, I would rather keep it as quiet as possible (I have two ex-wives in my town) at least until I can hire a team of lawyers to mount a counter-offensive. What I was thinking about was putting it all into a living trust, having my lawyer as the co-trustee, and having him pick up the check in the name of the trust. Think that would work
