It might be too much initially for WA state lottery retailers, whom are NOT used to selling tickets for such jackpots, especially to out-of-state players.

I hope for Washington players sake that when they join MM the jackpot is in the $150 Mil range, rather than $10-20 Mil. Last time MM was at $50 Mil it went to $165 Mil 7 drawings later and then it was hit. If the same happens this time, Washington will miss out by 1 drawing.
