WHAT ?!?!?! No software can predict numbers. I play powerball, and I read the stories of people who won, and AT LEAST 90% of them won using a quick pick ticket. I'm surprised anyone believes in systems. The notion that, because a certain number hasn't come up lately, it's more likely to appear than numbers that have, is called the Gambler's Fallacy. Those numbered balls do not remember how often they've turned up. The same number that came up yesterday is just as likely to come up today as any other.

Well, here is my last post on this subject. Neither of the software programs produced even a 3 out of 6 win out of 15 tickets first time and 20 tickets second time. Gee that is $35 that could have been put towards quick pics which actually drew more correct numbers although they didn't produce a 3 out of 6 either, during this test. Well the results are in: the winning number for Lotto South 5-6-11-14-34-48Both pro 2002 and cheetah did pick some of the numbers, most picked in any combination was 2. Quick pick selected 2 also. Neither of the programs or quick pick produced even a 3 out of 6. So where do we go from here-play them again it looks like. Michigan,Cool, sounds like a winner to me, six straight is hard to beat!! Good luck!! This is the kind of stuff we are looking for-producers!! The best program I have ever used was a DOS program, oh it produced winners too and didn't have the fancy interface a lot of them use. corrie, people post their hits , they do not post their misses. besides, it will only benefit you if it works for your state. ask lottocheetah if he will give you a couple of his picks for you to try out in your state. numbers given that you have to keep playing till you win is no help at all for you. you can do that yourself. see if lottocheetah will accomidate you. if he helps you, buy his software. Well George, I appreciate your insight into this subject. Sorry if I offended anyone out there in lotto land, just tired of trying systems that don't work or you have to buy a pile of tickets to even have a 3 hit. I am talking primarily about the 5, 6 and Megamillions game though. You obviously have a system for the 3 game in Michigan. Does it work for Georgia too? I use LottoPro also and I think it a good product at good price. They update their lottery files regularly and their files can be read and modified with notepad which make them readable by a program I wrote some years ago in GWbasic. I think if someone noticed some factors that were common among most of the winning numbers and they could pick a winner 10% of the time, they would not share it. Exactly my point. Go into any software store-you will find all kinds of stuff from the major players trying to help you balance your checkbook or pay your taxes but no one is trying to sell guaranteed software to help you win the lottery. All they are guaranteed to do is empty your checkbook and sometimes handsomely. If they don't offer shareware to prove their product-don't buy it is my only message. Try it before you buy it. Good luck on your search for software that will make you a winner constantly. As you are aware, all states take at least 50% of the money for themselves and pay the winners from what's left, so there have got to be losers. Even if you play every possible combinations, you might have a winning ticket, but you are more likely to spend more money than you win. RJOh

Is there really any software that has actually won a lottery? Most winners I read about have won with quick picks. I play the Georgia Lottery games 4,5 and 6 numbers. I have used many software programs that claim that they will accurately pick the numbers and have found them to not even be close to a 3 out of 5 or 6 win. Has anyone on here ever won consistently using PC software and if so, what is the name of it or where can I find it? Thanks in advance for any help given.
