Welcome you folks from Washington State. You're now the only State west of the Mississippi in Mega Millions. I can see lots of folks now crossing the borders of you state to play. I'm from NY and we just got Mega Millions in May and had our first jackpot winner today. Good luck

I agree with you in part about QUINTO. Many state lotteries have successfully offered pick-5 ALL NUMBER games. WA should replace QUINTO with a pick-5 game where players choose NUMBERS instead of playing cards (queens, jacks, diamonds, clubs etc belong to scratch games.) I would also modify/retire Lucky for Life . If the WA state lottery intends to keep the game going, they should change the top prize to $500,000 LUMP-SUM, allow four players to win the maximum prize, pay $40 instead of $25 for m... [ More ]

On Sept 4th, Washington joins and starts playing Megamillions. It is about time.I enjoy playing these games, even though I very rarely win. I say that You can't win, if you don't play . I do not care about the odds. Who knows, you could always be that one 1 in 135 million people, but you won't be if you don't play. As far as the other games: The state lotto is a joke.
