			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have noticed that the cash 3 numbers will hit in the  4 and  vice versa. Also, if you have a double number  in the 4, ex. 2441, usually the 124 will hit again within a short period of time. You will have to look at the numbers to see how that holds up.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>BUG,The three states mentioned are played as one. They call it tri-state I believe.Yes I have seen cash 4 numbers hit from one state to another. I had played the 2002 and hit in Ga straight. The same week that it hit in Ga it was drawn in Va, Mass, and shortly thereafter N.Y. Not necassarily in the exact same order.I am still working on the chart for Ga. I did not have a good week as I dislocated a rib and it has been a bit painful. Had it fixed put still is quit sore.
