No, Jeff is not the only person in Illinois using Lotto Cheatah, but he is/was the only one playing Little Lotto using the WebTV option. Jeff doesn't have a computer. I make his picks using the software settings of his choice. In this case (just about every case, actually), I recommended the settings.Someone else playing the same settings likely would have had similar results. The default (install) depth setting is 100. Lotto Cheatah covers 24 lotteries in 3 countries. Unfortunately, Carolina 5 is not on the menu (yet).

I sent him the picks, but did he buy the tickets? This morning I had this email response from Jeff waiting in my inbox: ron i do have the ticket!!!!! this is quite unbelivable right now! ialmost was going to ask for a different depth setting because of the dryspell but am i glad i didn't.
