RJOh: There are only three games I play on at least a semi-regular basis: Powerball, Connecticut Classic Lotto (6/44) and Mega Millions. The NY Lotto 6/59 I haven't played in six months, thanks to the ridiculous 40% prize return. If I lived in Ohio, I would NOT play the Ohio 6/49 game because of the low-balling of the cash value. As for why single-state games seem to grow faster, it's because of the lower jackpot odds.

Hope the addition of another state will speed up the growth of the jackpot. Many state jackpot grow faster. Either the states are keeping more money for themselves or the big odds has caused players to play games with better odds. By the way, I only made $7 on my MM ticket, so I had to $3 to play my Ohio numbers. What lotteries are you playing? I haven't seen you post anything for any lotteries you are playing.

I played MegaMillion last night and got $10 for my $15 investment. Ohio SuperLotoPlus jackpot is $12M, so I 'm going to spend those winnings on Ohio lottery. If no one wins the Powerball tonight, I'll be headed to Indiana this week-end to turn in my $10 tickets before it expires. These are the numbers I'm playing tonight in Ohio. 02 | 04 | 12 | 19 | 29 | 48 13 | 21 | 26 | 30 | 42 | 47 14 | 17 | 20 | 38 | 40 | 49 03 | 06 | 08 | 28 | 35 | 46 05 | 22 | 32 | 34 | 37 | 41 01 | 15 | 25 | 33... [ More ]
