			<description><![CDATA[<p>Let me just say that I&#x27;m not a resident of Oregon, so I can&#x27;t play this game myself. However, while some people here like to give their picks on pick 3 games throughout the country, I&#x27;m a football fan. Commonly known as a parlay card, I wish more states had this game available (like PA!). But I know Oregon came under alot of pressure when they introduced it, so I doubt more will pick it up any time soon.I would play a 3 teamer for $5, a 5 teamer for $2, a 7 teamer for $2, and 10 teamer for $1.
