Bulkmailgirl,Which lotteries do you play? Unless you win the jackpot in a major lottery, you won't have to worry about cash/lump sum decisions. If you play the pick3/4's game, there are a lot of suggestions about what to play. Bulkmailgirl: It's not so much trying to pick the winning numbers, but making sure you collect in LUMP SUM if you win the jackpot (especially true if you're required to choose when you PLAY, like here in New York).
