download the file again because you have damaged it.then copy the data (numbers) from your original file (the damaged one) and paste into the new file. That is the only way.David T

let me make it clearer. I manually entered the dates and put in the daily numbers in each cell. that is it. Now tell me what next to do.Thanks

you are pasting txtthey need to be numbersif cells have 1's in all cellswhen you paste special select multiply and it will transpose txt to numbers.David T

about vtrac;I substituted Mass. numbers for Ga3. It did not recalculate for my numbers. The answer I got was this only does real numbers so if I am pasting txt I must paste special and have 1's in each cell I am pasting to and multiply on the paste special. Could someone translate this for me and explain what i have to do to get results from it. Thanks step by step please.I did delete all Ga numbers and in columns m,n,o all there are are 4 ####.
