I don't think a free ticket for a 3/6 match in the Ohio 6/49 will do much good. The game needs to be overhauled, starting with the Kicker getting kicked out, then, a cut in the number field (maybe go back to the 6/47 format), and a money prize ($3 ?) for matching 3/6. Getting rid of the bonus ball would simplify the game. And, the Ohio Lottery should pay cash-option winners the actual retail value of the annuity prize, or make the jackpot LUMP SUM.

Ohio is starting to offer a free quick-pick for players who match 3 of 6 in their SuperLottoPlus game, changing the odds of winning something from 1:451 to 1:54. With MegaMillions and PowerBall having odds of 1:40 of better of get $2 back with each play, players are losing interest in playing the state games.RJOh
