			<description><![CDATA[<p>IMHO, Georgia - in particular - does not have a great website.  However, I&#x27;ll go back to something I&#x27;ve been saying for a while: lotteries only do what will sell more tickets.  Some marketing person somewhere probably determined that providing the statistics would not generate more sales.  Perhaps they feel that the type of people who care about the stats will buy tickets anyway. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I, too, find it rather odd that records of Big Game/Mega Millions winners aren&#x27;t readily available.  Although I seldom play Powerball, I do enjoy reading the Winners&#x27; Stories on the powerball.com website.  The information includes the winner&#x27;s name, where the ticket was purchased, quick pick or personal numbers, and annuity or cash option.  Some winners chose to be anonymous, and one  unknown winner even had their cash option put into a trust and a trustee picked up the winnings. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>to all,  awhile back i e-mailed the georgia lottery website to ask the question if they have statistics dating all the way back to the inception of the big game. they said they didn&#x27;t keep statistics (strange to me) but shipped this response to me ;Thank you for visiting the Georgia Lottery&#x27;s web site. We do not maintain data on all prize winning tickets as to whether theyare purchased using the quik pik random number generator or usingpersonal number selection.
