Run: The biggest fault of Super-6 is the AUTOMATIC quick-picks. PA's new governor takes office tomorrow; he wants the Lottery to sell more tickets. You might want to E-mail the PA Lottery and suggest they replace Super-6 with the MUSL Hot Lotto game, which is played in six states, including West Virginia; DC joins in August.

Get rid of super 6. Why would anyone play this game over Powerball? The lower prize amounts are a disgrace. I played one time when it came out and saw the payouts and have never played it again.

Gov-elect Rendell takes office Tuesday. Since he is pro-lottery, hopefully he will call for the replacement of Super-6.

(sorry I keep reposting this thread) Wonder if DC dventually joining Hot Lotto (in August) will sway PA into replacing Super-6 with it? Or would Super-6 pave the way for a WINFALL game

If anybody from the PA Lottery is reading this: If you haven't decided on a replacement for Super-6 yet, I suggest you ask MUSL to join its new game Hot Lotto (which is played in neighboring West Virginia.) You can still work on an in-state game in the meantime.

Before Powerball came to PA, the first rollover in Super-6 made the jackpot $4 million. Tonight's drawing produces a $1.5 million jackpot for Friday--after one rollover, Super-6 has a jackpot that is HALF of the minimum prize of five months ago.

I e-mailed PA yesterday about Super-6, and received a reply today. They said Super-6 will last into the new administration (PA elected a new governor last week).

Todd: PA is required to give (90/120 days?) advance notice on starting/ending lottery games, AFAIK. I have not heard specifically when Super-6 will be retired, or what will replace it ( Hot Lotto is still what I would follow Super-6 with).

According to the PA Lottery website, somebody hit Super-6 last night on a ticket with the WRONG choice (Super-6 players still musy choose _when_ they play, and the choice is binding.) The next jackpot is listed at $1,000,000 annuity/$500,000 cash, even though the game always had a $3m starting jackpot.
