			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thanks, Jazzy, I like those  sister  or  brother  (for the guys) numbers too. My workouts include a lot of those. One of my favorites combines the sister number (I prefer to call substitute numbers sister numbers, but you guys can call them whatever you like), with Lucky&#x27;s one up and one down system. I have found this system to have a lot of potential. Maybe Bluegrass can check this out for us when he gets time--he really knows how to work with that data and come up with those figures!
