Thanks, Jazzy, I like those sister or brother (for the guys) numbers too. My workouts include a lot of those. One of my favorites combines the sister number (I prefer to call substitute numbers sister numbers, but you guys can call them whatever you like), with Lucky's one up and one down system. I have found this system to have a lot of potential. Maybe Bluegrass can check this out for us when he gets time--he really knows how to work with that data and come up with those figures!
