When it&#x27;s an ANNUITY cow!! ;) Those of us who bought NY lottery tickets in the early 1980s remember Curtis Sharp, who hit NY Lotto long before there was such a thing as a  cash option.  Of course, the headline to this story is false, because  cash  and  annuity  have different meanings IMHO. (I would have posted here anyway simply because Mr Sharp won an annuity.</p>]]></description>
