Hello, maybe you guys could be of some great help to me. I am opening up a site, where people can purchase a 50/50 type ticket for $1USD. At the end of the month, a random name will be picked to win half of what we collect from the tickets.Coming to think of it, something is most likely illegal about this, even though I fully plan on being honest, and paying up.
