Positive it 20 million cap on cash 3 and 9 million on cash 4 for a long time we had no cap then the 777 paid over 27 million. soon after that the said cap would be 20 million. It states the info on GA lottery site. Ganyo

Ganyo are you sure? In Virginia the max is 16,000 tickets per number ( 16,000 X $500 = $8,000,000

What state has a 8 million cap? I know GA has a 20 million cap. 777 had a 27 million payout. not long after they cap at 20 million now. Ganyo

Hello Forum players,In my desire to predict the winning numbers for the pick 3. I have often wondered who may have the perfect system. A system which could filter the playable numbers to such a few that it would be affordable for a person to win insanely large sums of money. I am ot talking about $5000, $50,000 or even $500,000. I am talking about winning the maximum the lottery officials will allow.....$8,000,000.I must admit if it were possible, I am sure the officials would quickly change
