			<description><![CDATA[<p>It must be remembered that in lotto games where the lowest number (in Powerball-type games, both number sets) is  1 , odd numbers are slightly more likely to come out than even numbers. However, the chance of all odds vs all evens is noticeably higher.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>When you think about it, when you ask the question &#x27;have there ever been an occassion when all six numbers were even &#x27;, you are really asking &#x27;have there ever been an occassion when all six numbers were in a group of 26 numbers&#x27;.  With any group that large, you should  find a few that are totally within those parameters.  For example in MegaMillions with only 68 drawings: All even numbers: 12/06/02    04 08 30 36 52    + 48 10/22/02    16 20 26 36 48    + 32 08/06/02    02 06 38 40 50    +14 05... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/64962/89011">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
