smd: I see that Gov Rendell had time to find out if Phil saw his shadow. Shouldn't he be drawing up a replacement game for Super-6 instead? (I e-mailed Connecticut yesterday about Hot Lotto ; CT said they have no plans to change its game).

smd: That would be interesting. AFAIK other forms of the game can be offered in other states; I'm not sure if the name WINFALL can be used elsewhere. ( Lotto has become a generic name.) The Ontario Lottery had a Win'fall , but it was not a lotto game.

...would other states be allowed to copy the game? Would they be able to call it WINFALL too? Just curious. Seems like Pick 5 games are only about 10 years old or so. Alot of them share the same name too.I wonder if any states do copy it, if they would owe a rights fee to Michigan
