Vision, In my elaborite fantasy my lawyer will double as a psychiatrist, and will cure me of any delusions I have of Michael Jackson and giving it away to charity. I think that some states actually give out the name and personel information of the jackpot winners. This helps with the publicity by actually putting a name and locale to where the money is going. It might also serve the public in some manner by insuring that the lottery isn't getting looted by insiders. I couldn't ever see giving my name out to the papers, so they could announce to the world that I was rich. After looking on the Powerball sight I noticed that someone that won in Washington D.C...
