$1.4 million/$840,000 cash Wednesday 2/19. I have a hunch NORTH DAKOTA will have Hot Lotto by Labor Day; DC joins in August. Remember that ND's legislation (currently) allows only MULTI-STATE games; this means ND would not be able to sell scratchers except for the Powerball TV game show.

Some of you may be wondering why I mention this game so much even though I've never played it (although I would if I lived closer to a state that sold it.) Reason #1 is that like MM and Powerball, the number of jurisdictions where it is played can increase.
