smd: Even the least-populated states (and DC) have room for a second annuity-based (with cash option of course) jackpot game. Hot Lotto would give DE two online games with a minimum $1 million or higher prize.

CASH: I e-mailed Delaware today but haven't received a response yet. Although their lotto is up over $2.7 Mil right now, so they may not feel a need to join Hot Lotto. Of course I think it has been rolling over for quite some time.

Keystone Jackpot (and Super-7 before that) were pick-7 games with ANNUITY-ONLY jackpots. PA continued its tradition of jackpot games with strange formats with Super-6, due to the automatic quick-picks. My vote still goes to Hot Lotto .

smd: I live in Westchester, just north of NYC. I would drive west on I-84 to Matamoros. I live closest to Connecticut, and (across the river from) then New Jersey. I haven't bought a PA ticket since February 1999, which was before New Jersey joined Big Game. PS- have you heard from Delaware yet

Blue Dot,Yes I do remember Wild Card Lotto. You used to get 2 plays for $1. And CASH Only is right, they did away with Wild Card and Keystone Jackpot when Super 6 was introduced.It's definitely time for Super 6 to go. Wild Card Lotto could probably work again in PA (maybe with a slight tweek?). Although I'd still like to see Winfall come here. BlueDot: The future of Super-6 probably depends at least in part by PA's new Governor, who is on record as wanting the lottery to become more profitable. I _hope_ Super-6 ends soon. WINFALL started today in Michigan; it's a game with a $5 million jackpot CAP, and all three lower tiers are supposed to pay about 10x normal prize when a $5 million jackpot is not hit (the jackpot then restarts at $2 million, IIRC).

CashI've never played the Super-6 and doubt that I ever will. I didn't take a liking to that game. I would LOVE it if they brought back the Wild Card, even if it is in a new version. Will Super-6 end soon? What kind of game is Win Fall?BlueDot

BlueDot: When Super-6 began, PA stopped TWO games (one of course Wild Card .) It won't surprise me if PA tries a new version of Wild Card when Super-6 ends; I still think Hot Lotto should be offered in PA, while testing an in-state game ( Winfall or a new Wild Card ).

The payouts aren't that bad, but I've never won more than $40. I think when they went to fixed prizes the average one got from the lower prizes was more and at the expense of the five out of six. I think I am at 1:7million with 2 plays for a dollar. The Mega Millions and Powerball are so easy to never win a cent, and it takes some of the fun out of the game.

CASH: Sorry for misquoting you. True people who like to wheel couldn't do so cheaply on PA Super 6. But 3 plays for $1 really is a good deal. Even if the odds are 39 million to 1.

smd: Automatic quick-picks don't bother me compared to annuity-only games. People who like to wheel numbers (too expensive for me) can't do so with Super-6.

Bug,Do you do pretty well with the smaller prizes on MD Lotto? Getting 2 plays for $1 is always nice. I like how I got 3 plays for $1 on PA Super 6. CASH Only doesn't like that they don't let you pick all of your numbers for it, but I play Quick Pick anyway, so it doesn't bother me. I stopped playing PA Super 6 when Powerball started though. Only getting $1 for matching 3 out of 6 was a big reason I shifted my money.Best of luck to you with MD Lotto

No offense taken. I just like the odds in the Maryland Lotto, and the fact that I get two plays for a buck. I stopped playing the Lotto for about 7 or 8 years, my guess, and returned when The Big Game lured me with its jumbo jackpots.

It probably had good odds of winning. It's easier to go from picking 6 numbers to 5, than to go from 6 to 7.
