Bug,There's no explanation in Mega Million lottery. It's pure pure luck. However, if I were to play, I would hesitate choosing #27 again as the Mega Ball.

I've been staring at the numbers from the last draw for too long. And all the other jackpot games recent drawing have come up with some strange numbers, my off centered opinion. How do we hit the same megaball number twice so soon, ie. 27. Here is my weird number, which I hope to match my first 4 out of 6. Perhaps, I've gone mad looking at all draw results lately? Kind of like thinking about the number pie too long.01-05-06-15-16 [01]ditto on the Powerball for Wednesday.
