CASH,No I don't remember that. But I know Oregon continues to have a Sports parlay card available through its lottery during Football Season. In fact Oregon, Delaware, Nevada, and either Idaho or Montana are the only states allowed to offer any kind of sports betting.

CASH,That's true. Rendell is in favor of adding at least Slots to PA racetracks. He also favors Riverboat Gambling. Which in turn may cause DE to add Sportsbook betting and/or Sports Parlay Cards to the DE Lottery. (since they already offer Slots at their race tracks).Rendell will not only be great for the people of PA as a governor, he'll also be great for helping Lottery players and Gamblers.

CASH Only is right....It's just like a scratch off ticket...same kind of lousy odds. Why they are doing this to the daily game players is beyond me. Interesting note: When it first started in IL, I happened to be placing my bets at my agent's place...the lottery guy was there and offered me free 'extra' bets on all my tickets. He hits a 'promotion' key on the terminal. Well I won $20...all the payoffs under my numbers were high. I was excited and played it a few more times only to find los... [ More ]

Littleoldlady: KY was supposed to be the first with 5-minute keno in 1990, but it was pulled only days before it was supposed to begin. SMD: I also know Rendell wants VLTs at the tracks. NY legalized them soon after 9/11, but AFAIK you still can't play them here.

Keep an eye on your extra number I,ve had that number come in on the draw before in IL. I see it as getting a quick pick. If I like it I play it for the draw. Good luck

CASH,Nothing yet from Rendell that I've heard. I'm not worried though. My guess is that midday drawings of the Daily Number and Big 4 will start in March. Keno will start in the Summer. And hopefully they'll get rid of the Super 6 by then too.I just hope Keno isn't the only thing that replaces the Super 6.

smd: NY started last month with a similar game. The extra numbers are NOT entirely random; rather, they are printed as if the online ticket is a scratch game ticket. OT-anything from PA since Rendell took over

Well think of it this way when play Xtra...You have a 1 in 10 chance, 1 in 10 chance, and 1 in 10 chance of winning some extra cash. Which is a whole lot better than the 1 in 1000 chance you have of hitting with the 3 numbers on the top part of the ticket.I wish PA would add Xtra to the Daily Number...I'd play it...

KY has added a game within the pic3 called xtra cash. Supposedly you can win amounts up to $25,000. This is how it works...you buy a cash 3 ticket for 50 cents and ask for xtra cash for 50 cents or a dollar...(some computer generates 3 seperate numbers that go on the bottom of your ticket)..if one of your numbers matches one of the computer generated numbers, you win the dollar amount beside it. You can collect before the draw. Personally...I think it is a rip off. If you play all odds...... [ More ]
