			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Jack,you got the right idea. Take the hot 8,0 and the cold play 3,9 put them together in pairs. Play off these pairs for the upcoming week. You could also put the 4 digits together to make 803, 809, 839,   039. Test it for a couple weeks to see how it works for Michigan, good luck</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi everyone, I&#x27;m going to write about a method that I have been using for some time now. Basicially your taking hot digits and pairing them with cold digits. Here&#x27;s how I go about. First I get my states last 14 draws, and then count up how many times each digit hit. I take the two hottest and two coldest and pair them together and play them for the upcoming week. For example last weeks in NY hot digits were 9   3, cold were 1   4.
