			<description><![CDATA[<p>Tom: Not surprisingly, both winners opted for CASH. However, the Ohio 6/49 cash option is ONLY 44% of the annuity, vs ~58% (currently) for Powerball, even though both jackpots (if annuity is taken) are paid in 30 equal yearly payments. This is one instance where Andy  might  be correct.</p>]]></description>
